Accommodations at Bay Port Lodging range from charming cottage rooms to double suites and our cabin with kitchen. The highest standards of cleanliness are maintained in each uniquely decorated room. On the grounds you will find flower boxes overflowing with a visual array of colors, picnic tables, hammocks and outdoor seating areas. All rooms are non-smoking with outdoor smoking areas available. See photos, below. AMENITIES All rooms have private bathrooms, compact refrigerators, coffee service, radio alarm clocks, 73 channels of color cable TV with remotes; microwaves are available upon request. Also on site is a large chest freezer for fishermen. ROOMS AND DAILY RATES (see pricing policies below) High Season Mid Season Low Season Rooms with 1 queen size bed: $89 Call for rates $50 Rooms with 2 double beds: $98 $55 Cabin: $130 $70        The Cabin is 440 square feet, includes bedroom with two        double beds, living room, full kitchen, and large bathroom. Call for weekly rates available during Mid and Low Seasons. High Season is third Friday in June through Labor Day. Mid Season is mid May to third Friday in June AND post Labor Day to November. Low Season is November to mid May. Rates are subject to change on holiday and special event weekends. Pricing Policies Prices are subject to change without notice. Pets not left unattended are allowed for $10 per night. Aerobeds are available for $15. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY We are a family owned business and cannot guarantee the weather. During High Season, unless your reservation with us is canceled at least 10 days prior to your arrival date, a minimum $25 reprocessing fee will be charged. If we cannot re-book your room, your credit card will be charged for the length of time reserved in lieu of the $25 reprocessing fee. Three days notice is required during Mid Season, and 24 hours notice is required during Low Season. We will make every effort to fill the vacancy left by your cancellation. Please note: Because we turn down requests for rooms due to full occupancy, we request full payment upon arrival. Should you decide to leave before the end of your stay - NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
